FlipBot (@Marketplaceflipbot) is a Telegram bot that lets you sell your clothing on eBay Canada without needing your own eBay account, without dealing with listings, shipping policies, or payment setup — and without ever leaving Telegram.
You send photos of your item. Our AI reads the photos, writes the full listing for you, and posts it live on eBay Canada in under a minute. When it sells, you get paid your cut automatically.
Think of it like a consignment store, except it's on eBay, it's automated, and you keep 77% of every sale.
When you sell on eBay, the platform requires a verified seller account with an established history, connected payment method, shipping policies, and return policies already configured. Setting all of this up from scratch takes days, and new accounts get limited until they build trust with eBay.
Our account already has all of this in place — verified seller status, shipping policies, payment processing, and a transaction history. When your item is listed through us, it benefits from that credibility immediately. Your listing goes live faster, gets better placement in search results, and buyers trust it more than a brand new account with zero history.
This also means you never have to deal with eBay's seller interface, policy compliance, or account management. You just send photos and collect your money.
Every sale is split three ways:

There are no listing fees, no upfront costs, and no charge if the item doesn't sell. You only pay when it sells.
FlipBot is invite-only to prevent misuse and maintain listing quality.

Type /list or /start in the bot. This opens a new listing session. You can only have one active session at a time — use /cancel to reset if needed.
Send up to 10 photos of your item. The more detail you provide, the better the AI performs. Each photo you send gets acknowledged with a count.
When you're done sending photos, either type /done or tap the "Done - Analyze with AI" button.
light_mode Tip: Good lighting makes a major difference. Natural light near a window is ideal. Avoid dark or blurry shots — they reduce buyer confidence and AI accuracy.
After you send /done, the bot downloads your photos and sends them to GPT-4o, which reads every tag and detail visible in the images. Within about 30 seconds you'll receive:

The bot will show you the suggested price based on real eBay sold data if available.
Select one of four options:
Choose whether to accept buyer offers below your asking price. If yes, you can set a minimum offer threshold — any offer below that amount gets automatically declined. This saves you from lowball offers without having to manually respond to every one.
Promoted listings appear higher in eBay search results. You set a percentage (typically 2–5%) that you're willing to pay only if the item sells. Higher percentage = more visibility. You pay nothing if it doesn't sell.
Review the full listing summary — photos, all fields, price, condition, offers, and promotion. Tap Post to eBay and the bot uploads your photos, creates the listing, and sends you a direct link to your live eBay listing.
Type /mylistings to open your listings dashboard.
View all your currently live listings with title, price, and offer status. From here you can:
View your complete sales history with sale price, date, and your payout amount per item. Items show as "Pending" until the admin marks them paid.
Overview of your total active listings, combined value, items sold, total earned, and current pending payout.

When an item sells, you'll receive an automatic Telegram notification with the item title and sale price.
Payouts are handled by the admin and sent to you directly. Once paid, your sold items are marked as settled.
The bot keeps you in the loop:
warning Important: Offers and messages must be responded to directly on eBay. The bot notifies you, but the response happens on the eBay platform itself. The admin can assist if needed.

Under 2 minutes for most items. The AI analysis takes about 30 seconds. The rest is just reviewing and confirming.
Use the override commands to fix any field before posting. You review everything before it goes live — nothing is posted without your confirmation.
Currently the bot is optimized for clothing. Other items may not get accurate AI analysis for size, material, or category fields. Ask the admin if you're unsure.
Nothing happens — there are no listing fees or charges. You can end the listing at any time from /mylistings, or just leave it up. Listings stay active until sold, ended, or expired.
After your item sells, the sale is logged and your payout is marked as pending. The admin sends payouts directly. You can always check your owed amount with /mysales.
Yes — go to /mylistings → Active → Edit → Price. The price updates live on eBay.
If a buyer opens a dispute (item not as described, defect not disclosed, etc.), you are responsible. eBay makes the final call on all disputes — if they side with the buyer, your payout for that item may be reduced or withheld entirely. This is why honesty about condition is critical. Accurate descriptions and photos of flaws prevent most disputes.
If shipping is required on a sale, the seller (you) is responsible for shipping costs. These are deducted from your payout or paid directly depending on the arrangement with the admin.
